Returns & Exchanges

We hope you are happy with your order.. But if something doesn’t feel quite right, you are welcome to return or exchange it within 10 days of receiving your order.

1. Eligibility To qualify for a return:

• Items must be unworn, unwashed, and in original condition

• All tags, packaging, and any accessories must be included

• Returns must be neatly folded and handled with care, Items that are worn, damaged, or altered unfortunately cannot be accepted.

2. Start a Return

Please email us at info@acrai-antwerp.com within 10 days of delivery. Include:

• Your order number

• The item(s) you wish to return

• A short note, if you’d like to share why, We will respond with the return address and next steps.

3. Sending It Back

• Use a reliable tracked shipping service

• Return shipping costs are at the buyer’s expense

• For returns from outside the EU, customs or import fees are also your responsibility, We cannot be held responsible for returns lost or damaged in transit.

4. Refunds

Once we have received and checked your return, we’ll send a confirmation email.If approved, your refund will be issued to the original payment method within 14 days.

Please note that original shipping fees are non-refundable, unless the return was due to an error on our part.

5. If We Made a Mistake

If you received the wrong item or if something arrived damaged, please contact us at info@acrai-antwerp.com. We will take care of return shipping and ensure you receive the correct item or a full refund.
